Frilufsfrämjandet Student

Friluftsfrämjandet Student offers adventure and fun for students in Lund. Many times per semester or just a single time, join in on the activities or arrange your own fantastic hike along with people of a vast variety and varying experience!

Have you seen nature and want to return? Have you not and are curious about it? Together in Friluftsfrämjandet Student we seek to discover nature around us, enjoy the beauty and offer an escape from the studies whenever we can. Our activities range from hikes all across Scania, to canoeing in lakes and rivers, to whatever our members feel like. That is probably the most essential aspect to offering exciting and rewarding activities for everyone. Anyone should be able to come with suggestions and the width of different members makes sure that someone can make it come real.

Friluftsfrämjandet Student is one of the newest sections within Friluftsfrämjandet in Lund. The target group consists of students as well as others above 18 years of age, though there are no actual restrictions. We organise outdoor activities all around Scania about every second to third weekend during semesters. During summers we go for longer hikes of about one or two weeks in the Swedish mountains.

Typical outdoor activities during the semesters include day hikes, overnight hikes and canoeing.

You do not have to be a member of Friluftsfrämjandet in order to participate in weekend activities during semesters, but the participation fee for events (which includes travel costs) is cheaper for members.
