Gösta Frohm's Skogsmulle Foundation
Gösta Frohm's Skogsmulle Foundation was formed January 1, 1987. It's purpose was raising children in a spirit of care, love and respect of nature. This is the basis for "Forest Mulle" (in Swedish "Skogsmulle") created by Gösta Frohm and is also to be found in his books for children. In order to fulfill the purpose of the foundation an award, the Gösta Frohm Award, is annually given to the "leader of the year" among children leaders in the Swedish Association for Promotion of Outdoor Life ("Friluftsfrämjandet"), i.e. the leader who during the past year is considered to have made a great creative contribution.
